What we collect
Assessment answers you choose to give, your first name and email address, purchase details (plan, amount, date — card details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe, and never stored by us), and technical data such as device, browser and pages visited.
How we use it
To show your assessment summary and plan, create and run your account, process payments, send onboarding and service emails, provide support, prevent fraud and improve the service. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email.
Legal bases
Where data protection law applies, we rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running and improving the service, your consent (for advertising cookies and marketing), and legal obligations.
Sensitive information
Your assessment answers can relate to your family situation and wellbeing. We use them only to personalise your results and plan. We never share them with advertising platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
Who we share it with
Service providers acting for us: Stripe (payments), our hosting and database providers, our email and customer-relationship provider (HighLevel), and — only if you accept advertising cookies — Meta Platforms for ad measurement. Meta receives only basic events such as a page view, sign-up, checkout started or purchase and its value; never your answers. We do not sell your personal information.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries, using appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.
How long we keep it
Account and purchase records are kept while your account is active and as required for tax and accounting. Assessment data from people who do not buy is deleted or anonymised within 24 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
