Subscription & Refund Terms

How plans work

Each plan starts with an introductory period at the discounted price shown on the plan page and at checkout. Unless you cancel before the introductory period ends, your subscription renews automatically at the full renewal price and interval shown before you pay, and continues until you cancel.

Plan pricing

1-week plan: introductory price for the first week, then $39.99 every 4 weeks.

4-week plan: introductory price for the first 4 weeks, then $39.99 every 4 weeks.

12-week plan: introductory price for the first 12 weeks, then $79.99 every 12 weeks.

The exact introductory amount, including any limited-time discount, is shown before you confirm payment. Prices are in US dollars; taxes may apply.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method at each renewal until you cancel. We email a receipt for every charge.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your AntiAlienate dashboard, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, email help@antialienate.com within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. Renewal charges can be refunded if you contact us within 30 days of the renewal and have not used the service since. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Failed payments

If a renewal fails we will retry and email you. Access may be paused until payment succeeds.

Price changes

We will email you at least 30 days before any change to your renewal price, and you can cancel before it applies.
